Yin + Yoga Nidra Workhsop

Join Registered Yoga and Meditation teacher, Emily Ortiz for a 45-minute relaxing yin yoga class followed by a 30-minute yoga nidra. Yin yoga also helps to improve the energy flow into our organ systems while yoga nidra is a meditation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

Yin yoga is a quiet, contemplative practice that allows one to go inward. It works with the deep connective tissues of the body by holding stretches for longer periods of time rather than the muscles. Yin yoga also helps to improve the energy flow into our organ systems.

Yoga Nidra is a meditation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This practice is done lying down and is a completely guided meditation. Through yoga nidra you can move into the state of conscious deep sleep while the mind is actually awake. This practice is extremely restorative for the body.

We guarantee that you will leave this workshop extremely relaxed, at ease and calm. Spots are limited to 12 people. You must bring your own mat.
