All Cancellation Policies
Classes
Kindly cancel your class at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee.
Workshops
Kindly cancel your workshop at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period are not refundable or transferable, and the full workshop fee will be applied.
Teacher Trainings & Certifications
All trainings and certification programs are nonrefundable and nontransferable within six weeks of the training start date. For cancellations made before this period, a non-refundable fee of $500 applies. Additionally, please note that we do not provide makeup opportunities for missed classes. Thank you for your understanding!
Retreats
Day Retreats: There are no refunds or transfers for day retreats within 2-weeks of retreat. There is a $150 non-refundable deposit if cancelled prior to two-weeks of retreat.
All other Retreats: There are no refunds or transfers for retreats within 6-weeks of retreat. There is a $500 non-refundable deposit if cancelled prior to six-weeks of retreat.
Private Healing Sessions
Kindly cancel or reschedule your one on one wellness sessions prior to 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period are nonrefundable or transferable, and the full appointment fee will be applied.
