Breathe offers a variety of gentle movement classes available to all levels. These include: Deep Stretch and Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Mindful Movement. All of the classes bring the body into a deep sense of relaxation and peace. All classes are taught on the floor and props are included. We use blocks, bolsters, straps and extra cushioned mats to make the experience optimal. These classes are the perfect way to connect, care and nurture yourself.
