Through interactive discussions and exercises she will teach participants how to navigate challenges together and deepen their bond amidst life’s pressures. Couples will experience an opportunity to restore, refresh and rejuvenate their relationship through meditation and learning how best to love each other day by day.

With over 20 years of experience working with couples and navigating her own relationships, NIkki will share what she has learned as well as researched strategies that have been proven to assist couples in establishing, growing and improving their relationship no matter what they have or will experience.
