Jane Baldwin is a gifted teacher, author, and meditation coach with two decades of experience in mindful wellness practices. Jane has a Master’s Degree in Archaeology. She began her career researching ancient and modern Maya culture in Belize and Guatemala. Her life took a pivotal turn toward wellness during a health crisis in her twenties. This crucial moment led her to discover the profound regenerative power of restorative yoga, pranayama breathwork, and Ayurvedic cooking.

Jane is a certified Ayurvedic chef. She trained in breathwork with intuitive healer David Elliott for ten years as a pranayama breathwork facilitator and teacher trainer. She completed yoga certification, earning an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). Her expertise includes Ayurvedic breathwork and meditation, Pranakarma (Reiki) Healing, and Tibetan Yoga.

Jane leads groups through the mindfulness program she created – The Unwinding Compass Mindfulness Accelerator, a 12-week program designed to help individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and resilience. Jane combines her background in archaeology and wellness traditions to help others uncover hidden gifts and treasures they’ve lost or forgotten. She inspires clients to tune into the wisdom of their bodies to gain clarity of mind and build resilience.

Jane co-founded The Double J Hacienda and Art Ranch, one of Texas’s premier retreat and wellness centers outside Dallas, in the early 2000s. Merging art and wellness, the Double J hosted art and live music events and trainings in Ayurveda, meditation, and yoga. From uncovering the secrets of ancient cultures to guiding others toward wellness and mindfulness, Jane’s work is rooted in a deep belief in the power of connection, awareness, and self-discovery.
