Douchka Lecot has dedicated over two decades to the profound exploration and teaching of meditation in its many forms, weaving together influences from Tantra, somatic practices, and her life experiencing itself. First and foremost a student of life, Douchka’s path has been shaped by profound encounters, especially with teachers such as Christopher Wallis, Daniel Odier, Psalm Isadora, Osho, and Alexander Siebenstern. Yet, her truest guru remains Ibiza, the island of her roots. The Mediterranean Sea has been her greatest teacher, instilling in her a deep sense of spontaneity, fluidity, adaptability, and depth—qualities she seamlessly infuses into her teachings.
With a unique ability to guide individuals into playful states of self-awareness, presence, and inner exploration, Douchka offers meditation as an embodied practice—one that integrates the wisdom of the body with the art of befriending the mind. Whether through stillness, movement, or the gentle embrace of water, she creates a space for exploration, self-inquiry, and empowerment, inviting others to cultivate a profound connection to themselves and embrace life with greater awe, acceptance and love.
