Specializes in Insight Meditation, Mindfulness and Sound. Trainings: Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, 500 hour Sound Healer Practitioner, and Gong Therapy.

Andy has been teaching meditation and yoga since 2004.  He studies, practices, and teaches various meditation techniques including mindfulness, insight, metta, walking, sound, and contemplative meditation.  He feels that all the methods of meditation are leading us to a place of self-discovery, of better understanding who we really are.  And when our understanding of ourselves changes, we transform how we interpret every aspect of our life, and everyone and everything that’s a part of it.  His reverence for nature comes through in his style of teaching, and he provides a calm and clear space for students to relax and embrace their awareness in each moment.
