Tarot + Tea

Sunday, May 15th, 7:15-8:45PM

Join breath-work facilitator and tarot reader Emily Dewberry for an introduction to tarot workshop. Tarot, typically known to be deep into the power of woo, is not just a tool for the spiritually guided person, it is for everyone. Tarot is a powerful mirror, a tool for self discovery, contemplation, and awareness.

We will begin this workshop with a grounding tea ceremony and breath-work practice to begin building an intention behind your why with tarot. In this workshop you will learn about the hidden history of tarot, the basics of tarot, and how to build a personal practice. We will dive into the different meanings of the four suits - cups, swords, wands, and pentacles. You’ll learn about the numerology behind the minor arcana cards, court cards, and major arcana themes.

This is a great workshop if you’ve been curious about tarot and want to build your self care toolbox. We’ll break taboo myths behind tarot and create a new perspective on what the practice of tarot is and what that means for you. You’ll be able to take what you’ve learned to build your own personal personal practice and how to pull for yourself.

*You’ll also receive your very own deck to begin your practice!
