Join jewelry designer and Love Stack founder Tracy Ripsin and Breathe's co-founder Chelsey Charbeneau for an evening of creation, community and conversation. This workshop will focus on the art of crystal bead making while using it as a vehicle for connection with ourself and others.

This workshop will begin with your own bag of everything you will need to design, create and take home a custom bracelet. As we gather we will introduce ourselves and set the theme and intention for the evening. Tracy will then guide us in an exploration of the properties of each gemstone provided. The journey will begin as we make a custom creation while exploring new ways of communication and friendship. Your bracelet will be yours to take home and will serve as a reminder of the connections, conversations and community you created.

Fun Fact - Behaviorceuticals is the actual physical reaction that happens in your brain after it has created something so in this workshop we will literally rewire our brains as we create something new. The conversations will stimulate connection as we share our story and listen to others share theirs. There is so much value in sharing that it has also been proven to help alleviate shame and create a resonation. Knowing all of our stories are different and yet so similar - no one is exempt from the human experience!

Sunday, July 25th, 2:00-3:30PM
Price - $125 (includes supplies and gemstones)

ABOUT LOVE STACK

How Love Stack came to life... Tracy wanted to give a couple teenage girls different experiences so they had a feeling about what lights them up and what path to follow. She then expanded that to a larger group of teenagers and then those teenagers mothers and eventually expanded out to different non profit women’s groups throughout Dallas.

The foundation has always been the same, bringing women back to themselves. The creation, conversation, and connection are tools to help do that.
