Sound Bath + Crystal Therapy

Immerse yourself in a blissful experience as the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and other instruments wash over you, creating a harmonious resonance that resonates deep within your being. At the same time you will have a strategic placement of various crystals all over your body to harness the energy of the crystals to release blockages, promote relaxation, and restore vitality. The idea is that crystals interact with the body’s energy field, creating balance and alignment. This combination is a deep mental, physical and energetic healing.
