We will have a day enjoying both indoor and outdoor spaces.

– We will spend time in nature to reconnect with the natural rhythms of life which will help to clarify our truest desires.
– Engage in meditation practices to quiet the mind and create space for insights and reveal hidden messages.
– Activate our creative expression in the garden of soul hands on activity that we will use in our salt therapy session.
– Move freely in a somatic session, encouraging your soul to guide your body to release blockages in a safe and nurturing way.
– Stimulate the central nervous system and internal healing system with a spiritual salt practice aimed at protection, purification, and breaking spiritual stagnation.
– Engage in a guided writing exercise known as a soul’s contract letter.
– Nourish your body with organic and healthy snacks, lunch and fresh kombuchas.
