Restorative Yoga + Reiki
In this one hour workshop led by teacher and reiki practitioner Danielle, you will be led to explore and increase awareness in your nervous system, subtle energy, and physical body. In restorative yoga, props are used to support the body so poses can be held longer, inviting the body to open through passive stretching. Restorative yoga can support nervous system regulation, resulting in an experience that is soothing, comforting, relaxing, and renewing. It is especially beneficial to those who experience chronic stress, anxiety, or exhaustion. Paired with Reiki, this practice will leave you feeling lighter, connected to yourself, and more at ease in your body. The perfect mid-week reset!
