Meditation and Movement Workshop with Zoya Flow
Explore a new approach to Self-Love that can help you build a deeper relationship with yourself and others.
“You have to love yourself before you can love anyone else.”
What if this well-meaning, long-standing dictum in society is actually a limiting belief? What if adopting this as truth is preventing you from a deeper healing of emotional wounds, a better understanding of yourself, and more authentic, interconnected relationships with others, especially romantic relationships?
Many of us have challenges with learning to love ourselves. We may ask:
- Wait, what the heck is “Self-Love” and why do I need it?
- How am I supposed to love myself when there are so many things I can’t stand about myself?
- Why would I even try to love myself when I don’t deserve it because I have so much jacked-up stuff in my past?
- What am I supposed to do when it feels like I can’t get anyone else to love me… not the real me anyway?
We’ll take a closer look at these blocks to self-love and explore an alternate viewpoint for realizing attainable, true, and liberating self-love in our lives.
In this immersive, interactive, 90-minute workshop, we’ll:
- establish a safe space through grounding and meditation
- use the science of human development and trauma to understand why learning to love ourselves can seem confusing or challenging
- discover an alternate perspective of how we grow self-love
- embody tantric movement techniques to release blocked energy
- gain tools for a daily self-love practice
- … and more!
Come together with other life explorers as Zoya guides you through a dive into these questions and more.
