This workshop is designed to help you and your partner connect on a deeper level emotionally, mentally and physically.
In this interactive and informative session, you will:
1) learn your love language and how you and your partner wish to give and receive love
2) experience exercises to aim at helping you and your partner discover effective communication styles and find the best approach to handling disagreements
3) be guided through mindfulness practices, stress reduction exercises, and a couples meditation
4) become empowered to actively listen and emotionally connect with your partner
5) listen to sounds and meditations that can help balance your central nervous system
6) participate in open discussions and journaling activities
7) create goals together, write a couples mission statement, and make a couples picture box to remember all you’ve experienced and learned during the workshop
