ABOUT THIS SOUND BATH
Grace and Grounding are two things we all could use more of in our life. With the business of the days and the ever increasing amount of stress and pressure we must carve out time to reground and find ease. When we are grounded we are mentally and emotionally balanced and stable. It provides us with a sense of strength and ability to handle situations with grace. When we have grace in our lives, we are able to offer kindness to ourself and others even when it may be challenging or difficult.
