Step away from the noise of daily life and into a sanctuary of stillness with this deeply immersive 1-hour Yoga Nidra workshop, lovingly guided by Leah Frazier.

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that invites you to hover between wakefulness and sleep, a liminal, healing space where the body surrenders and the mind softens. In this powerful state of conscious rest, the nervous system resets, stress melts away, and the door to inner clarity opens.

Throughout the session, Leah will gently lead you through a meditative journey using breath awareness, body scanning, visualization, and intention-setting (Sankalpa). This practice does not involve physical movement; it is designed for deep internal exploration and renewal. Whether you are seeking better sleep, emotional release, or simply a break from the constant “doing,” this hour is an invitation to simply be.

We provide mats, bolsters and blankets. However, feel free to bring any props that help you feel comfortable and relaxed, such as your favorite blanket, pillow, or eye mask.

No experience with yoga or meditation is required. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to surrender to stillness. Give yourself permission to pause. Come home to yourself!
