The Inner Work
An Experiential Journey Into Self-Exploration
It’s time to go beyond a traditional breathwork or meditation class and have a space for deeper self-exploration, emotional healing, and reconnection with oneself. Join us Friday, December 11th as Breathwork Facilitator and Truama-Sensitive Coach, Zara Yelemessova guides us beyond what we’ve ever known and experienced before on the mat!
The Inner Work is an open-concept, experiential group gathering for those who want to go deeper into understanding themselves, their emotions, unconscious patterns, limiting beliefs, and the experiences that shape our lives. Revealing the answers to some of the most commonly asked questions: Why do we keep repeating patterns we know aren’t good for us? Why do certain situations bring out reactions we don’t fully understand? Why can we recognize what needs to change, yet struggle to change it?
The concept is intentionally flexible. Each session will be a different, but the intention remains the same: to explore, understand, and reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level in a safe and nurturing environment.
Zara will offer various therapeutic-inspired and holistic practices into each gathering, creating an element of discovery and anticipation. She will be by your side every step of the way to opening up to a new way of being.
