Reconnecting with ourselves sometimes requires unplugging from our day to day and carving out time to refill our cup. This retreat will have intentional practices with various healers and instructors that will foster massive renewal, awakening and recharging. Once these aspects are activated, we will then be in alignment to connect with the soul of the universe, the energy that runs through all things. This will give us the boost we need to reintegrate into our lives in a grounded, calm and loving manner.
