No prior experience with Kundalini or energy work is necessary.
What to Expect
● A short grounding practice to arrive and settle the nervous system.
● Music curated to support emotional and energetic movement.
● Energetic facilitation to stimulate the natural flow of Kundalini energy.
● Natural somatic responses such as tingling, twitching, hot/cold sensations, yawning,
watery nose/eyes, spontaneous movement, emotional release, deep relaxation, deep
meditative states, or heightened awareness.
● Quiet integration time to allow the body and mind to settle.
Each participant will experience this process differently. Every nervous system carries a unique history, level of sensitivity, and capacity for energy movement. Some participants will experience noticeable physical movement or sensations, while others may experience internal emotional shifts, imagery, insight, or simply deep relaxation, or both. These sensations will continue to intensify and vary the more sessions a participant attends.
Each session compounds onto the one prior to it. As Kundalini Activation is not a one off experience but a sacred practice that requires consistency within the energy field. All experiences are valid and welcome.
Why Kundalini Activation
Kundalini Activation functions as a bottom up, somatic and nervous system led intervention rather than a cognitive process. It engages interoceptive awareness, autonomic nervous system regulation, and spontaneous motor completion. As the nervous system relaxes it can begin to regulate and release stored stress.
After continuous sessions clients commonly report:

Group Size: Limited to 10 participants in order to receive optional activation
Ceremony preparation: To ensure you receive the most aligned and embodied experience during your session, please lightly fast for at least 2-3 hours before your scheduled time and avoid caffeine the day of your session. Absolutely no alcohol at least 72 hours before and after your session. This allows your body and nervous system to remain calm, receptive, and energetically attuned to the guidance and activation work being facilitated. Hydrate well before and after your session, and create a quiet comfortable space where you can lay down, fully relax and be present.

About the Facilitator
Kait Michelle is the founder of Kait’s Kollections and a Kundalini Activation facilitator based in East Texas. Her work is devoted to helping people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and access deeper states of awareness through the awakening of Kundalini energy.
Kait’s path into this work began through her own personal healing journey. After years of inner exploration through her own spontaneous Kundalini awakening, she began to understand the profound intelligence of the body and the transformative potential of this life force energy. What began as a deeply personal process of healing, integration, and learning to work with this energy within her own nervous system eventually evolved into a calling to hold space for others who feel ready to explore their own inner transformation.
Kait approaches this work with deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence. Her intention is to create a safe and grounded space where individuals can release stored tension, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and experience the natural expansion that occurs when the body’s life force begins to move freely.
