When life feels busy or heavy, gratitude becomes more than a feeling—it’s an anchor. It reminds us to return to what’s good, what’s true, and what’s already here. This workshop is designed to help you shift from the noise of the mind into the calm of the heart. Through somatic breathwork, gentle movement, and energy healing, we’ll create a space to slow down, reconnect, and embody gratitude—not just think about it.

THE EXPERIENCE

Guided Gratitude Meditation
We’ll begin with a reflective, heart-opening meditation to help you shift from the busyness of the mind into the warmth of the heart.

Gratitude Journaling Prompts
With guided prompts, you’ll explore what you’re truly grateful for now, and open space for appreciation of what’s to come.

Conscious Connected Breathwork
Through a circular breath pattern, you’ll move into an expanded state where tension softens, emotional energy clears, and appreciation becomes embodied—not just thought.

Reiki Energy Clearing + Supportive Touch
Receive gentle Reiki and optional supportive touch to open your heart space, clear blocks to receiving love, and deepen your connection to gratitude.

Sound Bath Integration
Settle into deep rest as crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones weave through your energy field, helping gratitude settle into every cell.

Closing Circle
We’ll close in community—sharing reflections for those who feel called, and anchoring our gratitude in connection.

 

WHAT TO BRING
Yoga mat or blanket (provided)
Pillow and eye covering (provided)
Water bottle
Journal and pen
Loose and layered clothing for comfort
Any small object for the altar to hold your intentions
