A 4-Week Closed Group Healing Journey + Integration Session
The Approach
This Healing Circle is rooted in trauma-informed care and spiritual awareness, using a multi-dimensional method (MDM) that works across:

Nervous system
Emotional layers
Energy field
Subconscious and relational patterns
Rather than focusing on one technique, we work gradually and relationally, allowing insight, release, and expansion to unfold in a way that your body can integrate—not just understand.

Each session blends intuitive and practical tools, including:

To safely access and release stored emotional patterns while building trust in your body.
🌀 Somatic inquiry & gentle movement
To reconnect with sensation, impulse, and inner signals—learning how to stay present instead of bracing or disconnecting.

To bring awareness to hidden relational and ancestral dynamics influencing your emotional life.
🌀 Nervous system education & regulation tools
To expand your capacity to feel without overwhelm and to support grounded integration between sessions.
🌀 Ritual, energy clearing & community witnessing
To support emotional completion and the experience of being seen—without fixing, explaining, or performing.

This journey is for those who:
Feel ready to dive deeper, even if fear is present
Long to feel free in their body, not just functional or “regulated”
Want to explore emotions without needing to analyze or fix them
Are tired of carrying things alone
Desire to be witnessed in their truth—in a safe, grounded, human way
Sense that healing happens not only individually, but in relationship
No prior experience with somatic or breathwork practices is required—only a willingness to listen inward and stay curious.

Closed group (same participants for all sessions)

There are no make up classes for missed sessions. Sessions will be recorded and provided if you are unable to attend.
