Envision Through Sacred Wisdom
Honoring the Mystery and Wonder of Your Life

Join teacher Jane Baldwin in this embodied practice. This two-hour Envision workshop offers space to slow down amid uncertainty and make room for mystery, wonder, and the deeper wisdom woven throughout your life. As the season turns, we will also honor what has changed, what has ripened, what is asking to be released, and what is beginning to take shape.Envision Through Sacred Wisdom invites another way of meeting uncertainty — by learning to listen for the wisdom that comes through life itself: through what we sense, what we notice, what we remember, what we intuit, and what begins to guide us before everything is clear. Hildegard of Bingen wrote that “all of creation is a symphony of joy and jubilation.” Her visions remind us that life is not only something to figure out. It is something to listen to, participate in, and be changed by.

Together, we will turn toward Hildegard’s visionary images of creation and interconnection as a sacred way of seeing: a reminder that wisdom is not only found by looking ahead, but also what begins to appear when we make room for mystery.

This is for
This workshop is for anyone navigating change, transition, or a season where the way forward is not yet clear. It may be especially supportive if you are carrying questions that do not resolve quickly, feeling the pressure to make sense of things before you are ready, or sensing that there is wisdom within the season that offers a slower kind of knowing.

It may be especially supportive if you are:
– moving through change, transition, or a season
– carrying questions that do not have immediate answers
– sensing that something is shifting
– wanting to honor mystery and wonder
– learning to trust what begins to become clear

The Experience
This workshop offers a space to slow down amid uncertainty and recognize what becomes available when you are not rushing to make everything clear. Through conversation, guided insight, breathwork, and reflection, we will explore sacred wisdom as a way of listening for what begins to guide us when the way forward is not yet clear.

Ancient Breathwork
A rhythmic breathing practice drawing on ancient breathing traditions that increases oxygen and supports the body’s natural release processes to:
– soften internal bracing that can narrow perception
– steady the nervous system so attention can settle
– widen your capacity to notice what is present now
– reopen imaginative capacity
– the ability to sense possibility before it becomes a plan
– restore access to clear, integrated thinking
– support calm, grounded decision-making

Participants leave not just with insight but with a lived understanding of how to slow down the moment, listen beyond what they already know, and trust the wisdom that begins to reveal itself when they make room.

Reflection & Integration
Reflection becomes a way of sacred seeing: a way to recognize what life has been showing us, a chance to gather what the experience has revealed, and stay close to the wisdom that may not yet be fully explained. You will have time to listen back through what emerged and name one simple point of integration for what is still unfolding.
