Envision Through Divine Timing
Trusting the Rhythm of Your Life

As we enter fall, this workshop invites reflection on the year that has been: what has changed, what has ripened, what is coming to an end, and what is beginning to take shape. This two-hour Envision workshop offers space to slow down in the moment and expand your capacity to notice what is present now and what may be taking shape over time, through transition, and with the seasons. What becomes visible when we begin to notice our lives as part of a larger rhythm of timing, change, and renewal? In a time when so much asks us to move quickly, respond immediately, and keep up with constant change, it can be easy to lose contact with the larger rhythm of our lives.

Together, we will turn toward the image of the cosmic wheel: the human being held within the larger movement of life. Inspired by Hildegard von Bingen’s vision of the human as both microcosm and macrocosm, we will notice where our inner life and the wider world are ready to be brought back into relationship.

This workshop is for anyone navigating a full, fast-moving life: leaders, caregivers, decision-makers, creatives, parents, those who want to meet what is unfolding with more presence, steadiness, and discernment.

It’s especially supportive for those who feel the pace of life is moving faster than can comfortably keep up with, those who feel responsible for a lot but need some breathing room, and those in a season of transition, discernment, or change.

The Experience
This workshop offers a space to slow down in the moment and recognize what becomes visible when your capacity to notice widens and no prior breahwork experience is necessary.

Through conversation, guided insight, breathwork, and reflection, we will explore the cosmic wheel as an image for divine timing — a way to sense what is moving, what is completing, and what is ready to take shape.

What is Ancient Breathwork
A rhythmic breathing practice drawing on ancient breathing traditions that increases oxygen and supports the body’s natural release processes to:
– soften internal bracing that can narrow perception
– steady the nervous system so attention can settle
– widen your capacity to notice what is present now
– reopen imaginative capacity
– restore access to clear, integrated thinking
– support calm, grounded decision-making
Participants leave not just with insight but with a lived understanding of how to slow down the moment, notice what becomes visible, and trust the rhythm of their lives.

Reflection & Integration
Reflection gives language to what the body has noticed. It helps the experience become something you can recognize, return to, and carry into the season ahead. You will have time to gather what became visible, name what feels important, and leave with a simple point of integration for the season ahead.
