The Elemental Sound Bath Series
March 2 – Wednesday 5:00 – 6:00 PM
This month, we will integrate the five elements: air, earth, fire, water and ether into our sound practice. For the first of the series this month, we will work with the element of air by using certain breathing techniques to allow our pathways to open. This will promote a deeper state of relaxation as well as connection to the body and mind.
March 7 – Monday 5:00 – 6:00 PM
Earth – In this one hour sound bath experience we will focus on grounding. The second element focuses on Mother Earth and nature. We will begin with a short grounding meditation to feel embodied and tap into our own authentic nature. Identifying the connecting to the beauty and mystery within.
March 16 – Wednesday 5:00 – 6:00 PM
Fire – Restore the fire within! This sound bath will target and call upon your deepest passions. We will begin with a energy clearing mediation that focuses on the solar plexus and throat. Solar plexus is known as the ‘seat of the self’ which is where our confidence and inner fire resides in the body and the throat being the communication center to vocalize our passions. Leave this experience ready to conquer the world!
March 23 – Wednesday 5:00 – 6:00 PM
Water – Water puts out the fire. In this one-hour sound bath experience, we will focus on the element of water and the great power it has to sooth, calm and change. We will utilize the ujjayi or ‘ocean breath’ to tap into our waters and how remember just how fluid we are as human beings. We can be a forceful hurricane or a steady stream. Water takes the shape of its container. So what are you allowing to hold you?
March 28 – Monday 5:00 – 6:00 PM
Ether – In this final series, we will focus on the element of ether or ‘space’. Ether is the source, the original element, from which all the other elements, Fire, Air, Water, and Earth are formed. Enjoy this one-hour long sound journey to bask in your vastness. After all, you are made up of every element. You have the cosmos and the canyons within you. Relax and enjoy your true divine being and nature.
