Join yoga teacher and reiki master Audah George on this journey to spiritually awaken. This deep stretch and reiki combination class will start your day off in the best of ways. You will be led through a series of postures to open up your heart and Audah's healing hands will help assist you in deepening your own healing and fostering a stronger energy body. We will focus on the upper three chakras: throat, third eye, and crown; the seats of spiritual connection and awakening. This practice is designed to safely unlock and strengthen these powerful energetic centers.
Gain access to more expanded states of consciousness, open spiritually while remaining grounded, receive customized energy healing and an attunement to the spiritual realms to create a sense of contained expansion in your energy field.
