ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Join yoga teacher and reiki master Audah George on this journey to spiritually evolve and build a firm foundation upon which to build and grow. This deep stretch yoga class with one-on-one reiki will start your day off in the best of ways.
This workshop will focus on the first 4 chakras: root, sacral, solar plexus, and heart. We will dive deeper into an experiential understanding of these chakras and their relationship with our own lived experiences in daily life. We focus to release internal blocks and awaken the shakti, (or
kundalini energy that rests at the base of our spine) in order to expand into more self love, joy, and fulfillment.
