Chakra Activation + Cord Cutting

Bring balance and harmony into your body, mind and life! In this chakra activation workshop, you will gain foundational knowledge about the chakra system, dive deep into the philosophy while observing any imbalances within the body. You will get the opportunity to practice sacred mantras such as the beej mantra to cleanse and activate the chakras.Chakra translates to ‘spinning wheel of energy’ in Sanskrit. They not only have physical properties we can sense in the body, but also emotional, and spiritual aspects as well.

Within the human body, we have hundreds of chakras – physical and non-physical.

In this workshop we will focus on the familiar seven chakras:

– Crown Chakra

– Third Eye

– Throat

– Heart

– Solar Plexus

– Sacral

– Root

You will be able to gain a deep understanding of each chakra, their properties and what could manifest if there is an imbalance. A cord cutting meditation will conclude this experience in order to cut any energetic ties that you no longer wish to be tethered to. This will allow you to move forward in your life with more clarity and ease. Led by meditation and yoga instructor, Jacquelyn Maitland, you will be guided and supported throughout the entirety of this workshop.
