In this class you will learn that fear, stress and anxiety are nothing to be ashamed of or run from. They are not bad, and your fears should not be avoided or even “conquered”. Rather, fear, stress and anxiety should be explored. You should ask questions to why you feel the way you feel and create a plan to Focus, get Excited, become Aware, and create Resolve for these fears.
You will learn to identify your fear, stress and anxiety triggers, and you will learn specific breathing techniques to stimulate your calming parasympathetic nervous system, which will allow you to think clearly and objectively in the face of fear, stress, worry and anxiety.
You will learn the power of, and how to, upgrade your language “self-talk” when you feel the first signs of stress, worry, anxiety or anger and create strong affirming self-talk that will give you inner strength to face your worries and fears head on with gratitude.
You will leave this class with the confidence and tools to get curious about your fear and learn to lean into it and use it as your greatest teacher to become more resilient, grateful and focused on what IS possible in your life.
