BREATHWORK BASICS

Have you always wanted to learn breathwork or see for yourself the benefits of this practice? If so, this is the workshop for you!

Learn the basics of breathwork in this two-hour introduction with meditation guide and breathwork facilitator Heather Anderson. Discover for yourself how breath affects our emotional and physiological states and how you can use it for healing. You will be provided with the history of modern breathwork and then learn several different breathing techniques for real world scenarios such as when you are stressed, anxious, tired and more.

Leave with a greater understanding of how to self-regulate your emotions and nervous system by using basic modern breathwork techniques. Receive the benefits of each breathing technique and allow it to assist you in confidently incorporating breathwork into your meditation journey and/or daily routine. This workshop is for anyone curious about breathwork, experienced meditators, or breathworkers wanting to learn more about “the why” behind the breath. Also great for anyone who breathes because you may not be reaching your full breathing potential.
