Breathe, Manifest and Reset for 2022!
Join Breathe instructors Leah Frazier and Elisa Davis in this exciting, New Year’s inspired workshop, as you unlock and reveal the true desires of your subconscious, visualize your future for 2022 and beyond, and set your intention for the New Year. This unique meditative experience will combine the techniques of traditional guided meditation practice, along with manifestation strategies, deep visualization and breath-work, plus the healing modality of sound.
About this Workshop
If 2020 had a baby cousin (twice removed), it would have definitely been 2021. After 2020, we emerged stronger, and with even more grit than ever before. 2021 had its ups and downs but if you’re reading this, it means you survived — so now let’s thrive! Let’s take the time to reexamine where we are, evaluate what new goals we need to set or extend, dive authentically into our deepest desires, and truly set out to create and manifest the life we truly desire — one embodied in passion, prosperity and purpose.
Leah and Elisa will provide a guided meditation to help you reflect on where you’ve been and where you would like to go, landing your own unique intention to anchor and guide the year(s) ahead. We will examine several aspects of your life, relationships and dreams.
Then, we will get creative and crafty, as you create a vision board that embodies your intention and serves as the visual anchor for your 2022 hopes and dreams.
Next, Elisa will guide you in a manifestation exercise teaching you the tools and fundamentals to the practice, and how to focus on setting forth the momentum to attract what you desire. Following the exercise, Leah will help you stamp your overall intention during a special sound bath experience — firmly cementing your visuals into your subconscious, as she utilizes several unique instruments and chords of sound.
