Book club is back by popular demand!!! Come join Breathe: Meditation and Wellness and Meditation teacher, Alexa Lucas, for Breathe Book Club on the morning of Saturday June 19th! Our book club will start with breakfast goodies and warm tea to begin our morning discussion. Our first book will be The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. In The Four Agreements, Don Miguel Ruiz reveals the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and create needless suffering. Based on ancient Toltec wisdom, The Four Agreements offer a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives to a new experience of freedom, true happiness, and love. We will discuss your thoughts and share your experiences about and relating to the book in an open and loving atmosphere. We hope to see you there!
