Join Breathe's co-founder Chelsey Charbeneau in this fun workshop to create the space necessary to reset, tune-in, get clear, envision, and unleash the best version of you! Just bring yourself, an open mind and a willingness to make 2021 a magical year.

About this Workshop

What a year we all had in 2020! If it could have happened it did. Now let's take some time together to reexamine where we are and would like to be after all of these major life changes. Every new year is an opportunity to start fresh, create intentions, and fulfill our soul's truest desires and dreams.
Chelsey will provide a guided meditation and exercises to help you reflect on where you've been and where you would like to go, landing your own unique intention to anchor and guide the year(s) ahead. We will examine our personal life, professional life, current and prospective relationships, health and dreams.

Then, we will play and get crafty, creating a vision board that embodies your intention and inspires your unique goals visually. This time is for you to reconnect with who you truly are, how you want to be and how you want to experience this new year alongside others who want to do the same . This will also help to ensure the manifestation of each of your goals.

This workshop includes boards, scissors, markers, and magazines.

About Chelsey Charbeneau

Certified Yoga Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide, Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance

Breathe co-founder, Chelsey Charbeneau discovered her life purpose—helping people become happier and healthier—through her own wellness journey which began over 15 years ago in Los Angeles. She was your typical type "A" type personality climbing the corporate ladder while working for an investment firm. As time went on, the effects of stress and neglect left her with a laundry list of diseases and ailments until she began to practice meditation and yoga which opened her eyes to the extensive therapeutic benefits of these ancient practices.

Chelsey is a meditation teacher, certified yoga therapist with The International Association of Yoga Therapists as well as an experienced registered yoga teacher and continuing education provider with the national Yoga Alliance. She is also certified in Thai yoga massage therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion and is trained in prenatal yoga. Chelsey has offered her healing services at a physical rehabilitation center in Beverly Hills, with doctors at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Methodist Hospital, Medical City, and The Brain Performance Institute. After many years in the medical industry, she realized there was a serious need for meditation and this type of healing on a mainstream level.

In 2014 she opened Just B, a meditation studio in Santa Monica, California and then relocated to Dallas in 2016, where she opened a mindfulness meditation studio serving as their Chief Mindfulness Officer. Upon her return Chelsey has created and implemented meditation curriculum for Dallas Independent School District, Adaptive Training Foundation, Unique Footprints and others. She has also launched the first 200-hour meditation teacher training in this region and continues her meditation studies with renowned experts such as Pema Chodron and Dr. Kristin Neff. Her hard work and dedicated outreach in the community has been recognized and rewarded by lululemon where she now serves as an Ambassador.

Chelsey's expertise has garnered her a web series with Marta Kauffman and appearances on FOX, NBC, WFAA, and Eye Opener Television. Her work has been circulated globally and she continues to lead teacher trainings, retreats, workshops, and seminars nationwide. Chelsey's teachings have impacted lives from children to seniors, homeless to celebrities, trauma victims to veterans. With a deep commitment to science-driven health, her goal is always to provide an experience that is nurturing, personal, and safe.
