You will be guided in a visualization meditation and have several exercises to help you reflect on where you've been and where you would like to go, landing your own unique intention to anchor and guide the year(s) ahead. We will examine our personal life, professional life, current and prospective relationships, health and dreams.
Then, we will play and get crafty, creating a vision board that embodies your intention and inspires your unique goals visually. This time is for you to reconnect with who you truly are, how you want to be and how you want to live this new year alongside others who want to do the same. This will also help to ensure the manifestation of each of your goals.
This workshop includes boards, scissors, markers, and magazines.
