Mindfulness is one of the most practiced forms of meditation due to its proven health benefits and simple to use framework. Whether you are brand new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your understanding, this weekend series will take you on a journey to exploring the pillars of mindfulness.
By taking the time to understand and master each one of the mindfulness attitudes individually, you will have the foundation needed to integrate them with confidence and ease into your daily life and meditation practice. This series will explore the foundations, provide an interactive learning environment and allow time for true transformation.
