We asked Katie...

What reminds you to breathe? When I breathe, I remember that I am ME. I am HERE. I am HOME.

Indulgence? I’m a sucker for a good red wine, normally a Chianti is my go-to. And all things salt and garlic!

Favorite movie? This is tough…there are SO many. First two that popped up were Aladdin (the original, but the remake was AMAZING) and 10 Things I Hate About You

Most admired character trait? My kindness. My parents raised me for that to be the root of who I am, and I still feel so connected to that as an adult. No matter what, you can always be Kind.

Dusk or Dawn? I love the dawn…just as the morning dew begins to form and the sun begins to rise. It’s almost as if I can feel Gods presence there in the stillness.

Dogs or cats? Definitely dogs…But I love cats too! Basically, if you have 4 feet and any sort of tail, we’ll be buddies!

Why do you teach? I truly believe my purpose on this planet is to SHARE
SHARE SHARE. Share what enriches, share what evolves, share what moves. Just breathe, and share. I’m forever grateful to have the space to do that.

Her offerings include mindfulness, metta meditation, inner child work, guided meditation - her take on different traditions/lineages, mild movements and stretch.
