Jennifer Carrera, MSW, RYT, RMT

Jennifer Carrera has been practicing yoga consistently since 2010 as a means of healing after her neck broke in an auto accident. From there she followed her inner guidance and began to deepen her understanding of this ancient practice and in 2013, she completed a 500-hour advanced yoga teacher certification program. After several years of teaching a strictly physical based type of yoga, her heart was yearning to dive even deeper.

From there, Jennifer quit her job as a special education middle school teacher to pursue her passion for yoga full time and attend the Kripalu School of Yoga Therapy program in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. She is currently in her last year of the program and is offering her services to the public. Her mission is to offer accessible and functional yoga and therapeutic practices to help bring people back into balance at all levels of being.
