ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Join meditation guide, Jacquelyn Maitland for an evening in discovering how our thoughts and feelings are paramount to our actions. These thoughts and feelings are responsible for creating our reality and the life we are choosing to live. Many of us find ourselves stuck, troubled and in patterns that do not serve us. In this workshop you will learn how to manage your physical awareness, mental habits and enhance your intuition in order to break these old patterns and live your best life!
In this workshop you will explore and reflect on what it means to be human whilst tapping into the spirit within. We will use science to navigate through the physical body & mind to explore the direct correlation between thought & feeling. We will dive into a supported self-reflection on ourselves, asking the questions “What do I want out of my life?” and “What habits am I currently engaging in that are hindering the life I want?” You will be given the opportunity to journal your reflections as well as engage in a collective conversation around the teachings.
This workshop is geared towards individuals who feel stuck and are ready to make a radical change in their life. Come ready to unpack your inner world so that you can begin creating with the tools you acquire in this workshop.
After a guided meditation, you will leave with a sense of clarity and a step in the right direction to living your best & most fulfilled life.
